There are probably as many answers as there are teachers. However, we probably have in common a desire to instill a love of learning in our students. We also want to help them to learn how to learn, to be curious, and to develop as a whole person. Whatever Works brings the My-Skills Toolbox to educators and students – we aim to help everyone in the learning team to develop their strategies for communication, self and co-regulation, and resolving conflicts in positive ways. 

Our interventions and training are trauma-informed and we bring approaches that will help everyone involved to have their needs met, meaning that learners and educators are in the best situations for learning.
