My-Skills Toolbox Interventions
This 12 week intervention is aimed at those who are struggling to engage in learning in classrooms. All of the work is focused on the individual situations that the student is experiencing. Our skilled staff will work in creative ways to help students develop their own My-Skills Toolbox of strategies that they will choose and use. Creative responses are encouraged, from drama, poetry, music, art, sculpture, to story telling – however students want to represent their learning is great.
Progress and strategies are shared with staff, parents, and carers to support the young people as they develop their skill-set.
My-Skills Toolbox Intervention Staff Training

Compassionate Communication Training
Based on the person-centred approach of Non-Violent Communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg, this mode of skilful communication aims to deal with conflict in a way that meets the needs of all involved. A skilled practitioner will identify the observations, feelings, and needs of those involved, then make requests which form a plan for moving forward.
This training will help you and your team to have a proven, structured approach for conflict resolution, and truly restorative justice.
